Important instructions before filling the application
The size of the photograph should be less than 50 kB (Preferred Dimension: 200 x 230 px)
Uploaded documents must be less than 1 MB and should be in PDF format.

Self certified copies of the following documents are required for registration of farmer.

For ray farmer
1. Identity card (recognized by the Election Commission of India) (should be less than 400 KB)
2. Copy of first page of bank passbook (should be less than 400 KB)
3. Land Possession Certificate (Must be less than 1 MB)
4. Receipt of land (should be less than 1 MB)

For non-ray cultivators
1. Identity card (recognized by the Election Commission of India) (should be less than 400 KB)
2. Copy of first page of bank passbook (should be less than 400 KB)
3. Self-declaration certificate (should be less than 400 KB)
